  • What is wyngit?

Designed to assist the professional and luxury traveler, wyngit finds the best in business and first class journeys with minimal effort and maximum savings. Our simple system enables you to pick your own price for business and first class travel. Once your personal preferences and uppermost fare are set, you submit them with payment details, then sit back while we work on your offer. This is when our wyngmen get busy negotiating the lowest possible cost for you. If they can accommodate your preferences and price, your credit card will then be charged and you’ll receive full details of your travel itinerary. If your offer isn’t accepted, our wyngmen will recommend one alternative proposition with a projected price for the requested flights and/or a slight change to your preferences. You are also free to submit another offer and change the variables if you wish. Responses to each offer wyngit receives are typically given within 24 hours.

  • Do clients have to accept the purchased flights if they fall within the parameters they provided?

Yes, although exact flight times and airlines will only be revealed once your price is accepted.

  • Can any changes be made?

Yes, although changes are subject to availability and a change fee per passenger. All changes must also be made through wyngit, which does not take responsibility for any price increase incurred if changes are made directly by the client.

  • Does wyngit store my payment info?

No. Your card will initially be put through an authorization process by the credit card processor and if approved, our wyngmen will begin negotiating your cost. If a satisfactory itinerary is prepared your card will then be charged the full amount; if not, no charge is incurred and your info is not stored for further use.

  • What information do I need to provide?

Our dedicated online form requests only relevant information. You will need to supply some or all of the following: passenger numbers and status; the class of travel you’d like (business or first); departure and arrival airports; your travel dates, plus any flexibility you wish to offer; the upper price you’re willing to pay; any stops or layovers you’d accept; a favoured airline tier; full names and dates of birth of all passengers (as they appear on official travel documents); basic contact details; and finally, payment information. Any errors are the responsibility of the client.

  • What other details should I know?

If you book a flight with a long segment and a short segment, the longer segment will be in your requested cabin class (business or first), while the shorter segment may be in economy class. Shorter legs are regarded by wyngit to be approximately four hours or less. If a preferred airline tier is not available in your region you will be given the next-highest available tier. Airline tiers have been determined by wyngit according to user reviews and professional ratings. Any airline not mentioned will be assigned at the discretion of wyngit.
